Senior Nursing Home Leadership Role

We are currently seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support our experienced Home Manager at our highly rated Care home in the Fife area.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for person-centred care and be respectful of people's values whilst promoting good care practices.
The role involves providing hands-on care to residents, supporting the Home Manager in terms of staffing/rotas, supervisions, auditing, and care planning, and contributing to the overall success of the care home.
A competitive salary of circa £42,000 is on offer, along with benefits such as 5.5 weeks annual leave, pension scheme, free on-site parking, and the chance to make a real difference within a care home.
