Pharmacy Practice Manager
OverviewAsda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead our retail healthcare team. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve patient safety, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Coach and develop the pharmacy team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to ensure they are working safely and effectively.
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
- Ability to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
- Experience in leading and managing a team to deliver results and achieve business targets.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team to take action and deliver within defined Key Result Areas (KRAs).
