Transforming Clinical Pharmacy in NHS Scotland
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacy Transformation Specialist to join our team in NHS Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to develop their clinical skills across a range of specialties and contribute to the transformation of clinical pharmacy in NHS Scotland.
The successful candidate will join our specialist clinical pharmacist rotational programme, which provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings, including hospital and community pharmacies. The programme is designed to develop advanced practice skills and prepare pharmacists for leadership roles in clinical pharmacy.
As a Clinical Pharmacy Transformation Specialist, you will work as part of a dynamic team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient care. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and patients, to design and deliver services that meet the needs of our population.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical pharmacy services that improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop innovative solutions to address these challenges.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
