Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless departmental operations.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage general office duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation as required, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, PA, or in a similar administrative role, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with familiarity with the NHS environment a plus.
Working Arrangements:
- This post is part-time, with a reduced working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay.
- You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you would be paid.
