As an experienced administrative support professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and Clinical Director in the Surgical Directorate Office at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.



We are looking for a skilled and organised individual who has worked in senior management roles within a large organisation, preferably in the NHS. Your expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, will be essential in managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. Advanced keyboard skills and shorthand abilities will also be advantageous in this role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Clinical Director
  • Prepare reports, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives


Requirements:


  • Experience working in senior management roles within a large organisation, preferably in the NHS
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced keyboard skills and shorthand abilities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities


What We Offer:
