Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to lead our Acute Medical and Flow & Navigation Team.
The role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring seamless patient care. As a Lead ANP, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality care and driving forward medical service transformation.
You will provide expert patient care as an ANP, utilising advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage acute conditions. Additionally, you will lead, manage, and support the current Advanced Nurse Practitioner team by providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
We require a strong leader with extensive relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. A salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for this position.
