A Clinical Lead is a key role within the Nursing Home environment, supporting the Home Manager & Deputy Home Manager & an exciting step in the career ladder to management positions & I have a fantastic Clinical Lead position in the Fife area with a leading provider.

About you:

- RGN/RMN/RNLD with Active PIN
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in a nursing home setting is desirable
- Excellent clinical & communication skills is a must
- Experienced in & passionate about elderly care

About the role & the home:

- Lead a clinical team within the home, mentoring & supporting colleagues
- Sharing best practices
- Reviewing care plans, audits & supervisions
- Providing high levels of care to the elderly residents
- Circa 60 bedded home, 3 & 4 rated & a fantastic manager in place
- A UK wide organisation with a supportive mgmt. team

The ideal Clinical lead is an experienced nurse within a Nursing home who enjoys all clinical aspects of the role & is confident in taking responsibility for a small nursing team when on shift. You will be a RGN/RMN/RNLD with Active PIN who is able to work 12 hour shifts on rotation & has a passion for elderly care in particular.
