About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy. As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers find the right car based on their needs and preferences
  • Deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing options
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve deadlines and deliver results
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being organised and remembering the little details
  • A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
