About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers find the right car based on their needs and preferences
  • Deliver outstanding 5-star service to every customer, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Sell the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
  • Provide a great aftersales experience to customers, staying in touch to ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fantastic communication, organisation, and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being organised and remembering the little details
  • A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
