Job Title: Automotive Consultant

About the Role:
As an Automotive Consultant at Arnold Clark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the right car based on their needs. You will work closely with our customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer
  • Coordinating the order and delivery of vehicles
  • Meeting sales expectations and customer experience standards

Requirements:
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being organised and remembering details
  • A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
