Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sheridan Ward Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer details from supplier quotes onto the CRM system
- Challenge any supplier quotes
- Chase suppliers for information
- Complete all client order books
- Enter clients orders onto the system
- Offer general admin support to internal teams
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
