We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sheridan Ward Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer details from supplier quotes onto the CRM system
  • Challenge any supplier quotes
  • Chase suppliers for information
  • Complete all client order books
  • Enter clients orders onto the system
  • Offer general admin support to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
