We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Learning Support Educator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Waterlooville. About the Role:

As a Learning Support Educator, you will play a key role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Provide academic and emotional support to students, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support, such as a degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field.
