About the Position
This part-time temporary appointment offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement Student Plans, track progress, and deliver targeted interventions. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the implementation of Student Plans and Passports
• Provide individualized support to students inside and outside the classroom
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the SENCO and class teachers to ensure effective student support
• Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Prepare resources and materials to enhance learning experiences
