Role Description

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Implement Student Plans and Passports in collaboration with the SENCO and class teachers
• Provide individualized support to students, addressing their social, emotional, and academic needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, tracking achievements and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective student support and a cohesive learning environment
• Develop and prepare resources to enhance learning experiences
