We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic SEN school team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

About the Role
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with teachers to create tailored learning plans that address the specific needs of each student.
  • Social and Emotional Support: Provide individual and small group interventions to help students develop their social and emotional skills.
  • Personalised Learning: Teach students effective study techniques to help them understand and engage with their studies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in supporting students with SEN is essential.
  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to helping students with SEN, exhibiting patience and empathy.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or Special Educational Needs (SEN) are desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an immediate start and a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued and appreciated.
