Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Care Professional to join our team in Wiltshire, UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Social Worker to kickstart their career in social care, working closely with our experienced team to develop innovative solutions that promote independence and well-being.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults, as well as experience working in a health and social care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered plans to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct assessments and provide support to individuals, families, and carers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working in a health and social care setting.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
