About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

As a Home Support Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans that meet their unique needs. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting health and well-being.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. If you have a caring and friendly attitude, and are available to work on a rota basis between 7am and 10pm, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Promoting health and well-being through education and support


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Care Certificate or equivalent skills and experience
  • General level of education to GCSE A*-C or equivalent skills and experience
  • Ability to work on a rota basis between 7am and 10pm


Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £23,893 - £24,702 pro rata (Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)
