Job Overview
Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care homes in the UK, delivering high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. As a Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the quality care and support they deserve.

The salary for this role is approximately £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and companionship to our residents, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You'll work closely with our care team to develop individualized care plans, which take into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

You'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
