We are seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our vibrant Learning Disabilities & Autism Service (LDAS), working with adults who require support with daily living tasks, personal care, and accessing community resources.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, contributing to the well-being of individuals and making a positive impact on their lives.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop clear career progression plans, health and wellbeing programmes, and flexible working arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults, along with a solid understanding of Health & Social Care legislation in a broader policy context.
Social Work England registration is a requirement for this role, offering opportunities for professional development and growth.
