The Opportunity

As a key member of our HR team, you'll oversee a team of employee relations professionals, providing strategic guidance and support to management and employees across the region. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our employment practices and policies, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of excellence, providing ongoing development, feedback, and coaching to your team members.
  2. Manage Complex Employee Relations Matters: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employment Counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve sensitive and critical cases.
  3. Drive Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our employee relations processes to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
  4. Provide Strategic Support: Offer thought partnership and guidance to key collaborators throughout the organization, driving employee engagement and growth.
  5. Lead Pan-EMEA Projects: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee relations and experiences across the region.

Requirements

  1. Proven Employee Relations Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of expertise in UK employee relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
  2. Effective Influencing and Communication Skills: Proven ability to provide resolution to sophisticated and critical employee relations matters, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
  3. Business Acumen and Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive action, with a strong understanding of business operations and goals.
  4. Alignment with Adobe's Values: Demonstrate a commitment to helping employees and managers succeed, while upholding Adobe's values and principles.

We're a hybrid company, with on-site presence three days a week. Some travel may be required. Adobe values a free and open marketplace for all employees and has policies in place to ensure we do not enter into illegal agreements with other companies to not recruit or hire each other's employees.
