As a seasoned Signalling/SMTH maintenance professional, do you have what it takes to lead a team and drive success? We're seeking a highly skilled Signalling Team Leader to join our team at London Paddington.

About You
We're looking for someone with significant experience in Signalling/SMTH maintenance work, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills. Your expertise should include holding valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc., as well as a full UK driving licence. An SMTH qualification and a full IRSE licence are essential.

Your Role
As a Signalling Team Leader, you'll oversee a small team delivering signalling maintenance services across the South West. You'll focus on ensuring safe working practices and providing hands-on support to your team members. Reporting directly to a manager, you'll play a key role in managing team performance and overseeing daily operations.
