About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Support Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support to our customers while helping them optimize their cyber workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer in-depth guidance and support to professionals across our customer base using the Immersive Labs platform.
  • Facilitate customer navigation through various tools and features within Immersive Labs.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Immersive Labs to efficiently diagnose software issues, collaborating with our product and engineering teams to resolve more complex product issues.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support customers effectively.
  • Engage directly with customers to ensure seamless resolution of support tickets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts.
  • Prior experience in a help-desk environment is an asset.
