Care Support Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Care Support Professional to join our team in Yeovil. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients, providing high-quality support and companionship in their own homes. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassion, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised care services, respecting client preferences and dignity.
  • Engage in companionship activities, such as friendly chats and shared interests, to brighten clients' days.
  • Perform light household duties, including cleaning and laundry, creating a comfortable environment for clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation, considering individual dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting a healthy lifestyle and well-being.
  • Manage medication regimes, handling prescriptions responsibly, and monitoring client health.

Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive salary range is £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, accompanied by excellent benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development. You will also receive comprehensive training and skill-enhancement programs, allowing you to continually grow and develop in your role.
