Support Worker for Children's Homes

The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Yeovil. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 8-18 with complex needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,793 - £26,083 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as 224 hours of annual leave, bonuses for sleep ins, and access to career development opportunities.
