Care and Support Worker Opportunity
Newcross Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care and Support Worker to join our team in Ilchester. As a Care and Support Worker, you will work with children and adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing vital support and care. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Your role will involve delivering both clinical and social care, customised to the specific needs of each individual. You will assist clients with daily tasks, ensure their comfort and well-being, and provide critical support during times of crisis. Additionally, you will empower clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills. You will work closely with our dedicated regional teams and utilise innovative technology to make work more efficient. The estimated salary for this role is between £13,700 and £19,890 per year, depending on shift and role.
