About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to customers, including accompanying them to appointments, shopping, preparing meals, and assisting with daily living routines. You will also provide companionship and make a positive impact on their lives.

A key aspect of this role is understanding the care plan in place to support each customer, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible. You will work closely with your colleagues to raise any concerns and ensure seamless delivery of care services.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.86 per hour, plus enhancements for nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Our benefits package includes free DBS checks and uniforms, as well as access to Wagestream and Blue Light Card discounts.
