About the Job

As a Residential Care Professional, you will join our team of dedicated care staff who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in one of our care homes.

Your main responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. This includes helping with personal care, managing medication, and participating in activities that promote mental and physical well-being. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and knowledge, as well as ongoing support and development opportunities. In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer a salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
