Acute Stroke Service Lead

We are looking for a skilled nurse to lead our acute stroke service and provide exceptional care to patients who have experienced stroke. The role is a 12-month fixed term cover.
The ideal candidate will have significant post-registration experience in acute medicine and a recognised teaching and assessing qualification. They will also have enhanced knowledge and experience in the assessment of the acutely ill patient/stroke patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment and management plans for patients with stroke.
- Leading the multi-disciplinary team in providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Ensuring compliance with professional codes of practice, including revalidation and professional guidelines.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
