Band 7 Clinical Stroke Therapist Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Band 7 Clinical Stroke Therapist to join our integrated stroke therapy team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Stroke Therapist, you will play a key role in the provision of expert therapy services to patients with stroke-related conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and plan treatment programs for patients with stroke-related conditions
  • Implement and evaluate treatment programs, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
