About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled psychologist to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our service users. As a Principal Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective care plans.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to service users through psychological assessments and therapy
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Provide training and supervision to colleagues, as well as consultation to teams
  • Evaluate the service and contribute to its development, with opportunities for clinical research
  • Disseminate outcomes through conference presentations and publications
