Stroke Care Manager

We are looking for an exceptional nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team as a Clinical Lead for Stroke Care. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to shape the future of stroke services and improve patient outcomes.
You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Your expertise in stroke care, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to drive improvements in quality and safety.
To succeed in this role, you must have substantial experience in acute medicine, a deep understanding of clinical governance, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Salary: £45,763 - £62,070 per annum, dependent on experience.
