About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support an autistic individual in their daily life. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily tasks, managing a budget, shopping, cooking, and general life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence
  • Manage a budget and make financial decisions
  • Assist with shopping and cooking
  • Provide support with general life skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the individual's changing needs

Requirements:

  • Must be male due to personal care duties
  • Must be self-employed and have relevant insurance and DBS documents
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Must respect the individual's privacy and maintain their dignity
  • Must have a clean driving license and access to a car
