About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Tabley House Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with their medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and providing personal care.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care assistant or support worker role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends and varying shift patterns.
