We are looking for a committed Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Glory Global Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain electronic technical documentation, including Field Information Bulletins and Technical Information Bulletins.
  • Provide expert technical support on machine-related issues to both clients and Field Service Engineers.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions on GGS/OEM products for customers, Field Service Engineers, and the GGS Helpdesk.
  • Assist the Helpdesk with fault resolution through telephone support and Remote Device Management.
  • Keep the technical library of GGS products current and serve as a technical escalation point for manufacturer-related issues.
  • Provision diagnostic software for engineers' laptop configurations and prepare performance reports using tools such as QlikView and Excel.
  • Analyze product maintenance data to create action plans aimed at reducing service call rates.
  • Provide software support for GGS customers and design diagnostic scripts for Field Service Engineers.
  • Collaborate with GGS engineering and solution teams for technical escalations and information sharing.

Qualifications:

  • A level graduate with relevant IT qualifications.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.
  • Microsoft Certifications.
  • Experience with Wide Area and Local Area Networks.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Strong computer and database skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp instructions and demonstrate initiative; must be reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize essential tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stay updated on new trends and developments in the field.
  • Experience in creating training materials and implementing training programs.
