Internal Sales Growth Manager

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Corby. As an Internal Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing our growth potential by developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
You will work closely with our marketing team to source new leads and support the sales team with customer mapping activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Building and maintaining a database of prospects and updating the CRM system accordingly.
- Routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintaining open communication with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
