Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stroke Administration Assistant to join our team at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. As a key member of our Stroke Department, you will provide essential administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient data and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team during weekly Neurovascular multidisciplinary meetings
  • Take detailed minutes and maintain an action tracker
  • Contribute to the achievement of UCLH's top ten objectives
  • Uphold UCLH's Trust values, behaviours, and standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, other departments, and external contacts
  • Manage clinic information, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments
  • Retrieve patient data through the EHRS system (Epic) and SSNAP
