About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Advisor at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and coordinate patient bookings, clinic rooms, and treatment appointments with medical secretaries and consultants.
  • Log and track customer enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face, providing accurate and professional information about hospital services and treatments.
  • Work closely with consultants and medical secretaries to provide seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and manage departmental email inboxes, ensuring prompt response to customer queries.
  • Allocate clinic rooms and coordinate bookings with medical secretaries and consultants.
  • Check in patients and book future treatment appointments at the desk and via phone.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
