Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Waiting List Coordinator. As a key member of our administrative function, you will play a vital role in the provision of quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, local services, and patients to schedule appointments and manage waiting lists.
- Undertake all administrative tasks required for patient appointments and surgery, including booking, coordination, and data management.
- Respond to patient enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform general office and clerical tasks, such as taking calls, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and enquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
