Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of recruitment consultants in the secondary sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong relationship building and delivery of high-quality teachers and support staff.

  • Embed and manage effective practices and ways of working.
  • Drive long-term campaigns and candidate-led tactics.
  • Maintain a positive working atmosphere and ensure productivity.
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility across office-based and remote working.

About You:

  • You will be a highly enthusiastic and engaged individual who is passionate about the difference education can make in the world.
  • You should have experience in recruitment (minimum of one year) and managing successful teams (at least six months).
  • You must be an engaging communicator at all levels and known for walking your talk.
  • You should love building teams and developing your people to achieve their full potential.
  • You will have a proven flair for spotting talent and matching the right people with the right roles.
  • You will thrive on listening to people and understanding their backgrounds, needs, and aspirations.
