Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Bridgewater Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead a high-profile and technically challenging highways infrastructure project with a value of circa £90m.

This individual will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the project, reporting to the Operations Director and working within the division's most senior management team.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Lead the entire project team to ensure the delivery of the project safely and to time, cost, quality, and sustainability targets, meeting the individual needs and expectations of the client.
  2. Have responsibility for the delivery of financial performance, quantify risk, acknowledge and understand commercial implications, manage the performance and success of the scheme, and lead the team.
  3. Create a strategy for employee retention and talent management.
  4. Have a track record of delivery of major civil engineering projects and be a proven leader with the stature, flair, drive, and managerial expertise to play a key part in the company's plans for growth.
  5. Provide leadership, inspiration, and direction to create a highly astute, motivated, and forward-thinking team.
  6. Possess strong client liaison skills, which are paramount, as is the ability to build effective business relationships at the highest level within client organizations, both externally and internally.

The role will suit a current Senior Project Manager looking for the next step or a Project Director seeking opportunity with a highly respected organization that rewards talent and merit.

Salary & Benefits

Circa £100,000 to £120,000 per annum plus an executive benefits package, including an attractive bonus.
