Customer Service Business Development Manager

As a Customer Service Business Development Manager at Hello Recruitment Associates, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities to expand their portfolio.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Management Professional to join our team as a Sales and Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with existing clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a home-based environment, using Microsoft Teams for communication and training sessions with clients. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that you deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences are essential for this role.
In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package of £30,000, with a year 1 OTE of £40,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a higher salary while working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
