Job Title: Divisional Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Divisional Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research and Primary Care at The University of Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, providing effective liaison and communication with staff, students, and external suppliers, and supervising the work of other administrative staff as required.

This is a wide-ranging role that requires flexibility, prioritization, and excellent communication skills. The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact for the Hub and will ensure that questions, issues, and concerns are dealt with effectively.

The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work in a busy environment, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in similar roles in higher education, such as supporting and coordinating multi-disciplinary networks, and experience of organizing complex multi-day events and conferences is desirable.
