Divisional Administrative Assistant

The primary aim of this role is to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support for divisional staff and activities undertaken in the School.

This is a wide-ranging role and will require considerable flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks, in order to deliver a wide range of administration. The post holders role will be to ensure effective and professional liaison and communication with PS staff, academic staff, students and internal external suppliers, to facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

You will have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work in a busy environment to meet deadlines; demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail; and have good computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft software.

The post holder will be assigned to the Division of Pharmacy and Optometry, but may be required to support other areas, from time to time, across the School.
