NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience as a PA
- Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail
NEED TO KNOW
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Diary management
NEED TO DO
- Timely and accurate diary and meeting management
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the Director and their management team
- Preparing reports for the Divisional Director and executive board
- Attending meetings across the division, formulating agenda, taking minutes
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Divisional Director and regional team members
- Management of the Divisional Director’s inbox
- Organise and attend the divisional Quality First Conference
- Support management of liability claims
