Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our innovative and dedicated team as a District Nurse Team Leader. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurse with leadership experience to contribute to the delivery of outstanding care to the communities of Oxfordshire.

About the Role

As a District Nurse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing proactive, caring, safe, and excellent standards of patient care to their local communities. You will work autonomously, deliver high-quality and evidence-based nursing care, and be creative in many varied and unpredictable clinical situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing community nursing care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the District Nursing service
