About the Role

As a District Nurse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in their own homes. You will work autonomously, using your skills and experience to problem-solve and make decisions in a variety of clinical situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in delivering community nursing care
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Person Specification

We are looking for a nurse with:

Level 6 studyRGN qualificationCurrent NMC registrationFormal management and/or leadership experience within healthcare or extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse within a District Nursing team and evidence of leadership responsibilities experienceCommunity nurse experienceIT literacy and use of IT systems
