Job Description

The Transformation Unit is seeking an experienced Senior Service Improvement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale service redesign initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Analyse complex data and make informed recommendations to resolve performance difficulties and problems.
  • Mentor and support staff through project lifecycles, providing guidance on operational process changes.

Requirements:

  • Masters-level education or equivalent experience, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Lean Practitioner qualification and/or equivalent experience.

Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience.
