Dental Therapist Role in Community Healthcare

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality dental care to the community. As a Dental Therapist, you will be part of our team delivering essential services to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical, restorative, and preventive care and treatment as prescribed by Dentists.
- Manage patients with complex needs, planning and delivering tailored oral healthcare advice and instructions.
The post holder will work closely with Dentists to identify suitable patients, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. This role requires flexibility, as you may be required to work at any establishment within the Trust's boundaries.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, based on the job requirements and location.
Requirements- Qualification in dental hygiene and therapy to degree level or equivalent.
- Current registration with the General Dental Council.
