The successful candidate will play a key part in driving service improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Lead and manage individual projects, coordinating the input of stakeholders from across the organisation.

The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the development of a complex strategic forward programme of work for the Service Improvement team.

Requirements
  • Educated to Master's Level and/or equivalent experience, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Lean Practitioner qualification and/or equivalent experience.

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
