About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Combined Mechanical and Electrical Inspector to join our team at Fives Landis Ltd. in the UK.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test mechanical and electrical systems to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with the systems.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Quality to ensure that all inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant technical or engineering qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in inspecting and testing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of grinding processes and machine tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
